1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using K-Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

K-Atlas is a Korean culture and language learning service that offers content, quizzes, flashcards, and fortune (Saju) analysis for learners worldwide.

3. User Accounts

• You must register with an accurate email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing or selling accounts is prohibited.

4. Premium Services & Support

• Saju Detail Interpretation: suggested support of $2.99 via Buy Me a Coffee per report. Premium activation is granted manually after support is received.
• Supporters acknowledge that Buy Me a Coffee contributions are voluntary. Refunds are only provided if the premium content fails to deliver due to a technical issue on our side.
• Payment is processed externally by Buy Me a Coffee. We never receive or store your card numbers.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Scraping or automated data extraction without written permission
• Spam, abusive content, or impersonation of other users
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code are owned by K-Atlas unless otherwise credited. User-generated content remains owned by the user, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Fortune (Saju) readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.
